WHAT WE DO
Shandong ShengYe grinding ball Co., Ltd. has the capacity of manufacturing 20-200mm forged/hot rolled steel ball for ball mill, and 30-200mm grinding steel rod for rod mill, we also supply high/middle/low chrome cast balls for cement ball mill, annual output is 120,000 tons. More than 90% of products export more than 40 countries, customers spread over South Asia, Africa, Latin America.
We have 10 worlds advanced horizontal forging and automatic rolling production lines, and 2 grinding rod heat treatment facilities. We equipped with complete testing equipment and able to inspect the hardness, chemical composition, Microstructure, dropping test, impact value, etc.
ShengYe has passed the certificate of SGS, BV, TUV ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, and has been awarded as AAA Credit Enterprise by the China quality certification management center and China enterprise credit evaluation center.
FORGED/HOT ROLLED STEEL BALL
Our forged steel grinding balls commonly used low-carbon alloy, high manganese steel, high carbon and high manganese alloy steel. On the basis of these material we have developed a series of competitive and efficient patent forged grinding balls.
Our products range from 20mm to 200mm, we can also offer all size of products according to clients' demand, annual output is 100,000 tons.
FEATURES:
Even hardness: The range of surface hardness is HRC55-67, volume hardness is HRC52-65;
Low broken ball rate: the actual breakage rate is lower than 0.5%;
High impact value: impact toughness is more than 12J / cm2;
Long service life: dropping test in 6m tester is more than 20,000 times;
Superior wear and corrosion-resistance: In the wet grinding environment, the steel ball has good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, and its grinding effect can exert the greatest advantage in the wet grinding environment of the metal mines;
High grinding efficiency: outstanding perfermance applied in large-scale SAG mills as well asball mills.
